You are responsible for safeguarding your password and managing your user account. You are accountable for all activities associated with your account. SafeVPN offers an unlimited subscription service, with a 3-day trial available and auto-renewal. Pricing may change, and subscription management can be done through your account settings.

User Responsibility

By using SafeVPN, you agree to comply with local laws in all jurisdictions. You must not reverse-engineer, resell, distribute, or use SafeVPN to develop competing products, transmit illegal content, or engage in unauthorized activities.

No Warranty

SafeVPN is provided "as is," without warranties. We are not liable for damages related to user identity exposure or VPN server performance issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or total data security.

Legal Protection

You agree to indemnify SafeVPN and its affiliates from any claims, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Services.

Termination

Terminating this Agreement revokes your access and license to use SafeVPN. This may occur due to abnormal usage. Upon termination, all licenses and access are voided.
